Brief & References

Provide clear visual references
and a brief character personality description. Without this, I will
take artistic liberty with the pose and expression. Complex accessories may be simplified to
fit my style unless specified.

Payment & Process

Currency & Method

All payments are in EUR (€) and processed via PayPal Invoice.

Refund Policy

100% Refund: Available within the first 24 hours of payment.
80% Refund: Available after 48 hours if no illustrated work has started.
No refunds once flat coloring has started.
If, for reasons of my own, I am unable to fulfill the order, I will offer a refund.
If I grant you (the client) a refund due to harassment or inappropriate behavior, I will refund at maximum the amount for the work not performed, not the full value of the order.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Invoices must be paid within 7 days, or your commission slot will be canceled. I will only start the commission after receiving the full payment for the commission.

Workflow & Revision

Timeline

Completion times vary due to
my current queue and external workload. While there is no rigid deadline, you are always welcome to ask for progress updates!

Revision

Work in Progress

A sketch WIP can be provided (unless you ordered a sketch-tier commission). Additional WIP shots may be available upon request.

Minor tweaks and small corrections are included.

Major design changes or full redraws will incur extra fees.

Rights & Usage Limits

Artist Rights

I retain copyright to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio and on social media. If you need your piece to remain private, please specify this in your initial message. .

Strict Prohibitions

Personal Use

You may print, edit, crop, resize, or post the artwork for personal use. Credit or a link back to my profile is required when posting or modifying the art. You do

not have permission to use any unfinished sketches or thumbnails.

My signature and/or watermark must remain on the artwork when it is published online

Commercial resale, merchandise production, and use for NFTs/

blockchain assets are strictly prohibited.

You are not allowed to use any of my art to train generative artificial intelligence or make any derivatives for any purpose.
I reserve the right to decline

any commission request.

I retain the right to cancel and

refund commissions at any time.
